Warranty information for Eurom products
Did you arrive at this page via the web address on our packaging? If so, you’ll probably want to know more about the warranty on your Eurom product.
From 27 September 2026, the new GARAN logo will be used across Europe on products covered by a commercial warranty of more than two years.
This logo features a QR code that takes you directly to information about your rights as a consumer and the terms and conditions of the relevant warranty.
During the transition period, you may come across both packaging with the new GARAN logo and packaging with the current logo.
Do you have a product with older packaging? Then there is no need to worry: your warranty rights remain unchanged and are the same as those for products with the new logo.
At Eurom, depending on the product, we offer a statutory 2-year warranty or an extended commercial warranty of 3 or 5 years.
The exact warranty period can be found on the packaging and in the accompanying product information.
